Superdream helps you keep a steady sleep rhythm. It works fully on your phone without an account. If you choose to sign in, we keep a backup of your Superdream data so you can restore it on a new phone. We never sell anything about you.

What stays on your phone

• Your schedule, nights, scores, drinks and settings are stored on your device only.
• The apps you choose to rest are picked with Apple's Screen Time system. Apple keeps those choices private; Superdream sees only opaque tokens, never what you do in those apps.
• Sleep and time in daylight read from Apple Health (or Health Connect on Android) are used on your device to show your nights. Superdream never writes to Health and never sends Health data anywhere.
• If you choose "When I leave home", your home location is saved on your phone to notice when you head out. It is not sent anywhere.
• If you turn on "Plan around my calendar", Superdream looks at upcoming events on your phone to suggest earlier wake times. Event details are not stored or sent.

What leaves your phone

• If you sign in (optional). With Sign in with Apple or Google we receive an account ID, your email address (or Apple's private relay address) and your name if you share it. Your Superdream data (schedule, nights, scores, drinks and settings) is backed up to our database on Cloudflare so it can sync to a new phone. Apple Health data is only included as the night summaries Superdream shows (times and hours asleep).
• Weather. If you allow it, your rough location (rounded to about 1 km) is sent to Open-Meteo to fetch the current weather and sunrise for the sky on Today. Open-Meteo doesn't require an account and receives no other information.
• Subscriptions. Purchases are handled by Apple (or Google on Android). If RevenueCat is enabled, it receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase receipts to confirm your membership.

What we don't do

No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, no data brokers.

Deleting your data

You → Reset everything deletes all of Superdream's data from your phone. If you signed in, You → Delete account deletes your account and its backup from our servers immediately.

Children

Superdream is not directed to children under 13.
