Superdream helps you keep a steady sleep rhythm. It's free, and it works fully on your phone without an account. If you choose to sign in, we keep a backup of your Superdream data so you can restore it on a new phone. We never sell anything about you.
What stays on your phone
- Your schedule, nights, scores, drinks and settings are stored on your device.
- The apps you choose to rest are picked with Apple's Screen Time. Apple keeps those choices private: Superdream only sees opaque tokens, never which apps they are or what you do in them.
- Sleep and time in daylight read from Apple Health are used on your phone to fill in your nights. Superdream never writes to Health.
- Reminders are scheduled on your phone. Superdream doesn't use push notifications from a server.
What leaves your phone
- Only if you sign in (optional). Sign in with Apple or Google goes through Blink (blink.new), the service that hosts Superdream's accounts and backup. We receive an account ID, your email address (or Apple's private relay address) and your name if you share it. Your schedule, settings, nights (times, hours asleep and score), drinks and emergency unlocks are backed up so they can come back on a new phone.
What we don't do
No advertising, no analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, no data brokers.
Deleting your data
You → Start over clears everything Superdream keeps on your phone. If you signed in, You → Signed in → Delete account deletes your account and its backup.
Children
Superdream is not directed to children under 13.
